Jos Buttler got off to a great start for England, returning to the pavilion with a stormy innings of 44 from 29 balls.  Dawid Malan was the highest run scorer for England;  He made 66 runs from 43 balls.  Aston Agar, Maxwell and Kane Richardson took two wickets each for Australia.

This time in the IPL, Jos Buttler will play for Rajasthan Royals and the captain of Rajasthan Royals is Steve Smith.  Steve Smith may have been relieved to see Buttler’s form.  Besides, Pat Cummins will play in IPL this time for Kolkata Knight Riders.  Pat Cummins bowled three overs and picked up a wicket giving 24 runs.  He is the most expensive foreign player in the IPL franchise this year.

The start of the Australian innings was great.  No one could have imagined that Australia would lose yesterday’s match.  The first wicket fell at the head of 96 runs.  Jofra Archer’s ball was caught by Chris Jordan and Aaron Finch (46 from32) made his way to the pavilion.  David Warner scored the highest run for the team;  He made 58 from 47 balls.

After Aaron Finch and David Warnar were out, England slowly returned to the match. Adil Rashid took two wickets in the last over of his spell to expose the Australian middle order.  Australia needed 19 runs in the last two overs to win.  But in the 19th over, Chris Jordan came to bowl and gave only four runs.  Australia needed 15 runs in the last over to win.  In the last over, Marcus Stoinis, who was on strike with the ball of Tom Curran, was able to score 12 runs.  England won the match by a narrow margin of just two runs.
