Dream11 Is the Title Sponsor of the IPL 2020

The BCCI has announced that Dream11 is the title sponsor of the IPL this time.  The company has a three-year contract with the board.  Under the terms of the agreement, the company will pay Rs 222 crore to the BCCI in the first year.  In the next two years, Dream XI will pay Rs 240 crore to the board.




Baiju, Unacademi was also in the running to be the title sponsor.  But leaving all those companies behind, this time the title sponsor of the mega tournament became Dream11.

Vivo decided to step down on August 4 this month.  After Vivo left, the board said tenders would be called within the next three days.




Multiple companies were in the running to sponsor the new IPL title.  There was Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali. Several other organizations also showed enthusiasm.  But leaving all of them behind, the fantasy sports platform ‘Dream Eleven’ became the title sponsor of the mega tournament.
