Director Hansal Mehta tweeted in support of Shilpa. He wrote, ‘If you can’t stand next to Shilpa Shetty, leave her alone. Let the law judge. Respect her and help her, keep her privacy. Unfortunately, there is no one to help those whose lives are in public. They were convicted before the trial.
Richa Chaddha posted this tweet of Hansal on her wall. “We have made it a national sport to blame girls for men’s faults,” she wrote in a rage. Some have again raised the question, even if Shilpa was not to blame, did she not know the source of Raj’s income?
But Richa did not respond to any comments.
