According to a source, the CBI may interrogate Rhea Chakraborty first after reaching Mumbai.
The Supreme Court has handed over the investigation into the untimely death of Sushant Singh Rajput to the CBI. It is learned that the CBI will go to Sushant’s flat after reaching Mumbai and reconstruct the incident on the day of the actor’s death. They have already sent a massage to ask all the documents and case files to the Mumbai police. The CBI team may reach Mumbai on Thursday night.
The 15-member team formed by the CBI to investigate the incident includes six forensic experts. According to another source, the CBI will start working in small groups as soon as it reaches Mumbai. A special group will question Rhea and her family. Another team will investigate whether there is any involvement of Bollywood’s underworld and ‘movie mafia’ with Sushant’s death. It is learned that the CBI may also interrogate Trimukhe and Dahiya, two deputy commissioners of Mumbai police. According to the Rhea’s call record, the actress had phone conversations with Trimukhe several times after Sushant’s death.

In addition, ED questioned director Rumi Jaffery for about seven hours on Thursday. Sushant and Rhea were supposed to work together on a film with Rumi. Rumi had earlier been questioned by Bihar police.
The CBI team that is coming to Mumbai is considered to be a ‘high profile’ team. Earlier, members of the group had investigated several sensational cases. Among them is Sudhir Gupta, a forensic doctor involved in the investigation into the death of Shashi Tharoor’s wife Sunanda Puskar.
