Akshay Kumar has filed a defamation suit worth Rs 500 crore against a YouTuber. It is learned that a YouTuber named Rashid Siddiqui from Bihar, has earned more than Rs 15 lakh in the last four months by posting a few posts on social media in connection with the death of Sushant Singt Rajput.  The number of his subscribers also increased from 2 lakh to 3 lakh.

Police arrested the YouTuber on charges of defamation, intentional insult and spreading false news.  Although the court granted him anticipatory bail.  According to a Mumbai media report, Rashid Siddiqui made multiple posts against Mumbai Police, Aditya Thackeray, son of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, and Akshay Kumar.  Those posts get over a million views.  Shiv Sena lawyer Dharmendra Mishra has already filed a case against Rashid.

Rashid said on YouTube that Akshay Kumar had secret meetings with Mumbai police and Aditya Thackeray over Sushant’s death and also planned to take Sushant’s girlfriend Riya to Canada.  According to Rashid, Akshay was not happy to get the lead role in Sushant ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’.

Multiple Bollywood stars have been blamed for Sushant’s death.  Akshay’s name was also included in that list like Mahesh Bhatt, Karna Johar.  Despite being a so-called ‘outsider’, some netizens were angry at the actor for not opening his mouth about nepotism.
